Unwind Mobility Class
Tuesdays 10:00 am - 10:50 am
Giving you the ability to move more freely through self-massage techniques
Main Focus:
Guided self-massage using specialized massage balls to unwind fascia and release trigger points
Includes:
Mobility and stability exercises to reinforce the improved movement achieved in class
Each month focuses on a specific body area
3 sessions per month (1st three full weeks of the month)
Includes a home exercise program that can be done on the independent “off” week
Class size limited to 6 max
Rebuild Strength Class
A strengthening class for all levels - from the person starting out to the experienced athlete
Main Focus:
Build functional strength, coordination, balance and flexibility for everyday life
Each Class Targets:
Upper body, Lower body, Core, Balance and Flexibilty
New program each month
Exercises progressed weekly per individual ability
Individual attention to proper form and movement patterns
3 sessions per month (1st three full weeks of the month)
Includes a home exercise program that can be done on the independent “off” week
Class size limited to 5 max
