March & April: 7 week Full Body Series

In this 7 week series you will learn how to self-massage nearly every muscle of your body from head to toe. Each session includes unique mobility and stability exercises to enhance the motion gained after self-massage. Class starts March 4, 2025.

Part 1 - Head, Jaw, Neck
Part 2 - Ribcage / Upper back & Shoulder
Part 3 - Arm / Shoulder to Hand
Part 4 - Upper & Lower Back
Part 5 - Hips & Abdomen
Part 6 - Thighs & Upper Leg
Part 7 - Lower Leg, Calf & Foot

Private sessions allow me to identify weak links in movement that can contribute to injury. We can then focus on where your body could use more mobility, more stability or better coordination of movement patterns.

  • One-on-one private 60 minute session

  • Initial consultation session includes postural analysis, functional movement tests and exercise prescription

  • Home exercise program can be designed if desired

  • Periodic re-testing to measure progress

  • $150 per session
